We had our time change on Sunday, so there is now nice stretch in the evening and Stephen’s Green is still open after work.

I walk past this building almost every day. Now a restaurant, the building was originally the Harcourt Street train station. Built in 1859, the station was the terminus of the commuter line to Bray until the line closed in 1958.

This is the guanciale we brought back from Rome. I made pasta all’amatriciana with it tonight for dinner.

 

After a discussion over lunch at Tiesan Cafe, I went with Colin’s suggestion for picture of the day.

 

Raheny Chinese makes great chips. Shown here with some sriracha ketchup.
