I tried my best to like Guinness when I moved over – including trying it once with blackcurrant syrup – but I gave up after 6 months and assumed I just didn’t like stout. It was only when I tried Dark Arts – and subsequent craft stouts – that I realised what I’d been missing all these years. Can’t wait till Dungarvan’s Oatmeal Coffee Stout is back on the shelves!
